After a five-year hiatus, Amma’s 2024 American tour commenced with a vibrant two-day program in Seattle, North America. Enthusiastic devotees, numbering in the thousands, flocked to the city from various parts of Seattle well in advance of Amma’s arrival.
Amma was warmly received at the Hyatt Regency Center in Bellevue, Seattle. The Indian Consul General, Mr. Prakash Gupta, along with his wife, Mrs. Neha, formally welcomed Amma to Seattle. Bellevue Council member Jarad also extended a heartfelt welcome on behalf of the Seattle local council. Adding a touch of grace to the event, beauty pageant queen Shree Saini, Miss America 2021 garlanded Amma.
The two-day program in Seattle was filled with spiritual activities and loving moments. Amma led meditation sessions, delivered inspiring satsangs, sang bhajans, and gave darshan to thousands of attendees on both days.
On the second day, a special prayer for world peace and harmony was conducted. Devotees united in prayer in Amma’s presence, fostering a deep sense of collective hope and spiritual solidarity. The light of Amma’s love shone brightly as her darshan extended throughout the day and night, concluding the following morning.
Following the Seattle program, Amma is set to travel to Oakland, California, for the next leg of her American Yatra.
